The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

Had a lovely time at the Mencey. Staff absolutely lovely and so friendly, hotel both grand in its colonnaded porches and cool inner courtyard, and comfortable, with many places to have drinks and food in the shade and chill. We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

The hotel is brand new. We were the sixth guests to check in. The hotel looks amazing and the staff were so excited to be working there. Great facilities and excellent service.

The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Exactly as pictured! Staff were a little slow to respond to our call about changing of bedding but other than that, were attentive and helpful. We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. We could not complain about the staff who were all wonderful and could not do enough for you. The buffet breakfast was good, a great selection and cava and cavier every day! Unfortunately...

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We stayed for 5 nights all inclusive before moving on to a villa in playa blanca. This was our second visit and it was still up to the same high standard. The staff are excellent, all have a smile and seem to enjoy their jobs, one of the entertainment team in particular helped my son in the gym, during his own time. Rooms are clean, we had a sea view, pool towels available, 10 euro deposit, room safe 2 euro per day, travel type hair dryer in bathroom. No problems in drink service and good choice...
