The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Only ten minutes from the airport via motorway, we were greeted at the hotel driveway entrance by a very welcoming gentleman who was part of the concierge team who directed the taxi to the hotel reception and made us immediately feel welcome and at ease. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. The hotel is beautiful throughout, the choice of pools is amazing, the location is clean safe and a short walk to beaches and restaurants, the staff are so helpful and friendly. One of the best hotels we've ever been to.

Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

An excellent relaxing stay, great rooftop area with pool. Breakfast was delightful. Comfy beds. Would recommend free parking at the harbour approx 800m away.

Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff.

Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

We stayed in Casablanca Apartments July 14 to July 29, a family of four in a 2 bedroom apartment. Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable: 1: Staff: Very professional and pleasant- helpful and friendly - receptionists, bar staff, maids all provided excellent support 2: Apartment: Great size, kitchen well equipped- you need to bring nothing, there is even an oven and juicer, , all has marble floor, nice balcony, TV has 8 English channels, Film 4 BBC1 - BBC 2- ITV-Gold-24 hrs News etc ...

The Room was ok. The bathroom could use a little updating but the room was at a great price, and offered exactly what we wanted. Somewhere not too large but still with a restrurant and buffet breakfast. this fitted the bill perfectly and the breakfast was delicious. the staff were very helpful and the maids even put the oranges we bought in to a fruit bowl for us. The Hotel itslef is in a greta location - very quiet but really accessible and overall we had a fantastic honeymoon. Highly...
