"Our experience was magnificent. We are a vegan couple and the restaurant staff really went out of their way to satisfy our every need. The welcome, from check-in to the last day of our stay, was the best we had ever received. Big smiles and really good manners. The room was as great. The towels smelled of laundry softener and the room was always very clean. The hotel is beautiful with its enchanting garden of cactus plants of all species and a view of the desert and barren mountains....

"Staff are always very friendly at Fuentepark and nothing is ever too much trouble to them. The apartments are clean, good bathroom/ power showers, good sized fridge and good cooking facilities if required. Some of the sunbeds could do with replacing or even mended but the pool is good size though very cold. The location is fabulous, just off the main street. "

"Raquel, the owner, is a gem and couldn't have been more helpful. We'd arrived tired and hungry and Reception was closed, but the cleaner was able to let us into our room, which we discovered had a double bed, not the two singles we'd requested. High level security with complicated check in. If you arrive after 4pm reception is closed. Ahead of your arrival you will be sent a detailed form but we weren’t sent a QR code which you need.
