Fantastic location for our holiday, our check in couldn’t have been better! Such lovely staff! Being winter, the heated pool was a godsend! We definitely would have preferred more signage to rooms as it is a bit of a maze. Our apartment was beautifully cleaned, bed comfy and useful kitchen equipment. I have been here 4 times and this hotel just keeps getting better. I noticed more improvements this year. Supplying shower gel, upgrade your all inclusive to premier to get branded drinks. New sunbeds around the pool, welcoming drinks or shots at dinner depending on the theme night. The hotel is always clean, the staff are lovely & efficient. They will help you no matter what or if you have a problem. The food was amazing & not repetitive. This is a wee gem of a place.
