Lovely small boutique hotel with roof terrace.

We spent a week in this new, tastefully designed hotel. The highlight for us was the ‘chill area’ with its architectural awnings, white curtains and comfortable loungers. The only downside, in our opinion, was Puerto del Carmen itself which is very commercialised. However there are some restaurants with nice views overlooking the port. When looking for hotels to stay, this hotel stood out. It's modern and artistic design was the attraction, as well as the glowing reviews online. On arrival, even the taxi driver gasped. I want to go back again, loved it. All staff very friendly, pool excellent, food fantastic. Very spacious rooms and balcony, fabulous views over the bay. Great beach, very safe and clean. I would recommend this hotel, a bit of luxury.

The hotel work force is very efficient and work hard to make your stay worthwhile even though we have spent more time at the beach than by the hotel pools. The downside - smoking allowed by the pools and sitting/eating places. Very unpleasant.

Well travelled and this is up there with the best i have ever stayed. Everyone is friendly and the place is clean and beautiful Couldn't rate it high enough. Breakfast is a typical one you would get in spain (3 star). 5 stars overall from me.

This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel and this time we stayed longer because we like it. This time let me concentrate on the little things The room looked nice with nice proper tumblers and ,new this visit , tea and coffee in the room, nice fittings, hot water in vast supply.. Mogan is the most beautiful little village , and the Hotel cordial mogan playa was a dream . Everything you need is there , from facilities to food to entertainment to staff it had it all . I will definetly be returning back at least once a year for the amazing sunshine and blissful surroundings . Highly recommended .

Excellent facilities, great food. Visited numerous times & always love it. Recommend the Spa, best to upgrade to a suite with sea view if you can. The hotel is placed halfway between the town centre & Rubicon Marina on the walkway by the sea which gives you the option to turn left or right for a stroll or different restaurants to compliment those at the hotel & to provide additional variety.

I had a fantastic stay at LIVVO Lumm. The hotel has a really cool, contemporary vibe and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch—everything felt fresh and modern. Exception hotel and grounds. Immaculately clean. Given time of year, Christmas, staff very professional and friendly. Only complaint I had was with security at the lighthouse end. Not consistent with their approach. Felt we were targeted while others walked through no questions asked. Would recommend this hotel

Come here twice a year, this year we chose to have a junior suite, with a spa bath on the balcony. Love bright clean room. Nicely decorated with very large comfy bed. Television in the sitting room part, and also one to watch in bed. Tea and coffee making facilities, always restocked every day. Rooms cleaned daily. Food great as usual, and a nice bar for drinks, also a sports bar below for music in the evenings. The two infinity pools are great and always plenty of loungers around the pools....

Had an amazing time at Seaside Sandy Beach. Everything was good from the welcome to the goodbye. Very clean hotel amazing family room. The food was the best we have had across the canaries in the last 4 years at other 4 star hotels. The entertainment guy was great. Worked hard and very friendly and also the ladies who took the kids to kids club. Very good pool area and great how they save sun beds for families. Great location not far from the beach. All fine generally . Only thing was when filling cappuccino, it overflowed because a larger cup was needed which were not available much. Otherwise all fine.
