They exemplify white glove service, the room was immaculate and well designed, the bed and the bedding were most comfortable. The conveniences that you get staying in this area is worth the price. "Our room was charming and immaculately clean. The AC worked well and the soundproofing was exceptional. We could not hear the street noise at all. My only "complaint" is the lack of down or feather pillows. The hotel only has friber-filled and memory foam pillows (king sized). Maybe these are the most common in Europe, but for the price point the hotel should offer feather pillows upon request. The breakfast buffet was reasonably priced and was well-stocked with hot and cold options. ...

"Hotel is very conveniently located. 15 minutes walking from the old part and 15 minutes from Guggenheim. Funicular is very close as well. Staff is helpful and knowledgeable. Excellent breakfast with a lot of choices. Would stay again."
