The hotel was lovely. Its motto is "Charm and Sensitivity" and it lives up to the title. It really is a very charming place. Everywhere in the hotel is spotlessly clean and well maintained. We could leave the patio doors to our balcony open and wake up to hear the waves on the beach below - very romantic. The housekeeping staff were lovely and Monica at reception very helpful.

We booked a last minute short stay and after seeing all the positive reviews chose this place. Overall myself and my girlfriend enjoyed a brilliant stay at this hotel, all the staff are extremely helpful and friendly. Our room had a decent view but wanted an upgrade spoke with reception and gave us a few to choose from with a price of course but well worth it as we got a fantastic panaramic view. If your taking a taxi to the airport I'd buy a ticket from reception as it's a fixed cost of €26... also complimentary room after checkout helps if you have a evening flight home but want to...

We had a lovely stay at the jardines de nivaria- a fantastic hotel in a great location right in the centre of Adeje. It has direct access on to the beach and the row of shops and bars in Adeje. The recent refurbishment means the rooms are clean and modern but the hotel still retains the Art Deco vibe in the common areas. Received complimentary champagne on arrival. Staff were helpful and informative providing map of hotel, luggage was carried to rooms for us and room on arrival was spotless and beautiful. Really big spacious rooms, lots of storage, fridge, very large wardrobe. Also generous sized balcony with clothes rack for drying.pool area done really well- patio stone which is cleaned every day, large comfy pool loungers, lots of palm trees and vegetation.

We have just returned from two week stay at this hotel. The hotel is meant to be 5 stars and the reception areas are lovely. The room we had was big but needed updating. A bit of decoration and interior designing and it would definitely be 5 stars. We found foodstuff under the bed and had cockroaches. Excellent accommodation and very friendly staff.

Hotel has been totally refurbished to a very high standard. A lot of thought and attention to detail has gone into ensuring clients are comfortable and want for nothing! There are some lovely touches - too many to mention! The only qualm we had is we paid for an Ocean View Room but was more a partial/side view - there appears to be only a handful of ‘true’ sea view rooms, so we’ll be mindful of this when booking next time. THIS WAS SOMETHING MINOR in an otherwise great stay.

Service is on point, really amazing staff. Lorena at reception was very helpful. Rooms are nice and spacious. Pool staff were so nice, especially Ginscar. Breakfast could be better, the sausages were very oily and the hollandaise sauce on the eggs royal was not hollandaise, expect better from the Ritz. Housekeeping didn’t clean our room on the second day sadly, think there might have been a confusion when we asked them to come back later.

Close to the beach and the main shopping street.Will stay again on our visit around this Autumn.

We stayed for a 50th birthday birthday and had a wonderful time. We stayed room only, we had a deluxe room which was spacious, it had a small kitchen, dining table, double/twin room with sofa bed and a balcony. Our was spotless, cleaned everyday The pool area was nice, pool games happening and the pool bar and food was lovely. All in all we had a great stay and were planning to go back again next year.

I checked into the hotel over the new year break. From walking into reception on the 1st day I could not fault the hotel. Good Location,recently refurbished, friendly polite staff, clean, good food. Plenty to see and do in local area. The big plus being an adults only hotel.

The hotel has had a much needed renovation & is looking amazing. Rooms & communal areas are very modern and brand new sunbeds at the pool. Great selection of food at breakfast.

Stayed at the Sunset Harbour Club for 1 week at the end of February in a studio. The accommodation is spacious, modern and clean. There is everything you could possibly need, even a coffee maker and a couple of sachets of filter coffee to start you off. The balacony was large and had a table and two chairs plus two sun loungers, cushions provided. The resort was really excellent, good facilities, staff very friendly, food varied with theme nights i.e. Chinese, Mexican and was good to excellent and catered for everyone. One of the nicest places I've stayed at. Staff were really friendly, always asking if we needed anything. And rooms were really nice, we had a sea view room which was amazing. Beds were really comfortable and everything was really organised. They also had a lot of information at reception about excursions and which places to visit, they were able to order you a taxi or you could use the free shuttle service they had. So impressed. Will be visiting again.
