Impressive lobby but the beds weren't comfortable, the coffee maker didn't work and the cups with the ice bucket were dirty. Beautiful view from 22nd floor and staff were professional.

From the staff to the facility everything was amazing. My only complaint was that the beds were hard and double not queen size. All staff was friendly and made a great experience. Pool was amazing and it was great they had a kids room and a teen room.
