Overall great for proximity to downtown, easy to walk to areas of interest. Lack of parking, making it difficult. Noisy in hallways, heard everything. Bed was extremely uncomfortable.

With pouring rain, it was inconvenient to have to go park at the Rideau Centre. Plus having to use a QR code to pay was a little intimidating! The pool was nice and warm, but question if was a bit cloudy?? Hope it was clean. Rooms were very nice, clean & quiet. 6th floor.

The staff member who checked me in was quite rude. The bed was comfortable enough, but there were several design problems in the room. 1. In the bathroom, the shower door opens in such a way that one can't reach the towel rack. 2. The shower door doesn't keep the water inside the shower. 3. The furniture is arranged in such a way that if someone is sitting at the "desk", they completely block the way between the couch and the bathroom. 4. The mini-fridge is completely enclosed in a cabinet that prevents the heat from escaping, so when I arrived the temperature inside the fridge was at least room temperature. The only way to make the fridge actually work is to prop the cabinet door open, which also blocks the way between the couch and the bathroom. I came up with at least two other ways to arrange the room so that it would work more conveniently; one wonders if the person who designed the layout gave any thought at all to how a hotel room is actually used.

Pool was shut down, had to go to another property. There was no soap in the room unless you wanted to pay for it, expensive also. No parking available.
