The room was very clean and it was usual of what to expect at Disney. The rooms were refurbished a few years ago and surprisingly already looking slightly tired but they are fully clean! Easy to park and bed was very comfortable!

We stayed here on the day of our 25th Wedding Anniversary. From entering at the front lobby staff were attentive and friendly. Our room was beautiful and presented well. We asked for a quiet room and it was. Comfy beds and lovely private balcony.
We ate at Citricos at night. Our server was great. Not only did she look after us well but she went above and beyond our expectations. She had menus made up with our names/25th Anniversary on. Complimentary champagne, complimentary desserts and...

Amazing! Preferred view are best option if you spent most time in the hotel than in the parks. This hotel got me really surprised! Not so much the restaurants.

We had an amazing stay at the Four Seasons Hotel Orlando.
There was a small hiccup at the beginning as we had arranged to be picked up from the airport by the hotel but couldn’t readily locate the driver. Once we found the driver, everything onwards went smoothly. There were two cold and refreshing bottles of water in the car and the drive to the hotel was pleasant.

Loved this hotel. Spacious well maintained rooms. Mostly delightful staff with the exception of one of the security guards at the gate who was decidedly 'un Disney' and not exactly cheerful - he is there to deter dubious characters I suppose but first impressions are important to paying guests. There was another guard who was just delightful and helpful. Room cleaned to a high standard. Pool area impressive- the lazy river a great was to chill out. we only ate the buffet breakfast - good...

great location for Disney Parks (free shuttle), Universal (taxi 25 mins $35) and Sea World (taxi 15 mins $25)
Hotel clean and friendly. Quiet despite the number of guests and children (old and young). 7 blocks of 144 rooms on 3 levels.
restaurant open from 6am to midnight. Food plain but good and reasonably priced. don't expect large helpings like some US establishments.
staff are very friendly
hotel grounds are nice and tranquil with a riverside walk for joggers and plenty of smoking...

We stayed in a 1 bedroom villa 2 adults 16 year son 11 year daughter. Fantastic - the room the savannah, the place is huge and you can enjoy so much of the resort itself without including the theme parks. The pool at Kidani Village is fabulous, never crowded, loads of water play areas and a slide. Campfire fun at night is brilliant, the restaurants are fab. The 1 bed savannah view is well worth the extra money as you can enjoy viewing the animals over breakfast lunch or dinner and we used...

Delightful hotel. Very well appointed and spacious rooms. Enjoyed the 'quiet' pool although nearby drinks machine was empty- a bit annoying and when I pointed this out to a member of staff she brought me a free bottle of coke and immediately was on phone to report the issue. Can't understand why this isn't checked daily though. Also no stamps for Post to UK in gift shop. Both minor irritations that could easily be avoided.
Staff were all very friendly and helpful and really could not fault...

It was a very good stay generally. The animals being visible from the bedroom window was a real highlight for my daughter who loves giraffes. Everything regarding the theme parks is run as you would expect from Disney.
The only two gripes would be that it was very random when the room was cleaned. This is not ideal when you have young children who need to sleep in the afternoon.
The other thing would be the on site dining. It is incredibly average and expensive for what it is. You are...

This hotel is wonderful and is in a stunning location near to the Magic Kingdom. It's a wonderful base for your trip to visit all the Disney parks and resorts. The rooms are clean, modern and the beds are super comfortable. The pool facilities are a holiday time alone. All transport links to Disney go right to the Comtemporary, boats, buses and the monorail goes inside the hotel! The Wave and the Contempo Café are the best places to eat. Chef Mickey's is over priced and it's the only downside....

A superb 1 bedroom villa. The Boardwalk was built quite a while ago, however, in true disney style they have maintained and upgraded this property over the years and you would think it was a new property. we chose a room near the lobby, 2068, and the location enabled us to observe our 16 and 11 year old children swim in the pool from our balcony. We didn't have to drag them out of the pool till it was their time to shower and we sipped cocktails end enjoyed the buzz of the resort. The...
