Excellent hotel but not impressed that they charge for wifi and have a complex registration procedure requiring you to set a password just to access wifi !

Our stay at the hotel was enjoyable. The location is excellent and convenient for local sightseeing and shopping. The check in/out process was smooth and efficient. The staff were polite, friendly and helpful. It was my wife's birthday and the team helped to make our stay in Mumbai memorable. They upgraded our room, decorared it and even provided a cake! I booked this hotel for a couple of days to spend with my parents in Mumbai. The staff were so lovely leaving us with such good memories of our few days in Mumbai. They were super helpful, very polite and dealt with any queries as soon as possible. They also made a cake and decorated the room with balloons for my mother’s birthday when I asked them for just a little something. They made a whole cake! Nice little hotel in am ideal location for those willing to explore Colaba and SoBo. Rooms are well done and staff is courteous

Great hotel and well trained staff.

We stayed for three days in January. The hotel staff were all excellent and helpful, especially Nayim. We felt safe and easily walkable to all the main attractions in Colaba . Wonderfully quiet away from Mumbai's hustle and bustle but shops, and restaurants nearby.

Fantastic location. Great customer care from the bellboy to front desk to room service to the managers to the bar. There is a very clear ethos in this hotel and this kind of attention and care is what hospitality is all about. The room was perfect and an ode to old Bombay. I cannot recommend this little gem enough.

it was clean, comfortable , welcoming, the staff was helpful and the location wonderful. My only complaint is around their policy to not allow people in the rooms who are not registered and no local India people . I was in Mumbai to visit a dear friend and when we in my are and wanted to sit and talk and use the loo I was not allowed to invite him to my room . This was embarrassing and not handled that gracefully by the front desk. And it is quiet an expensive hotel and I feel I should be...
