Stay was great, the included breakfast a little perk, gym needs a bit of an update, and the valet was a little slow at times but is likely like this thru most high-rise hotels in San Antonio."

"When I arrived they said they had to change my room from 2 beds to one bed. We were 3 adults. I no one called me ahead of time to advise me. I could have looked at other hotels. I kept asking to speak to a manager he never came out. Very unprofessional. Finally they gave me another room. If I hadn’t spoken up I would have been stuck with one bed Also one elevator is very very loud and sounds like it is about to break."
