"It was perfect from arrival to departure. I highly recommend this resort. Friendly, attentive, beautiful room and resort. Good was amazing. All restaurants surpaced our expectations. Staff was more than accommodating. Nightly shows were a treat. Room was huge, clean, modern, and quiet. The resort beach was clean and more than adequate in size. Pools were well maintained and immaculate. All facilities were like brand new. Top of the line in everything. We stayed at the resort the entire week and had plenty to keep things interesting. I could see us returning every year. "

"We have traveled over the holidays twice to Iberostar Del Mar Cancun. We find it to be clean, food options are great. Accommodations for gluten free and vegan are becoming more available. The tropical environment of the resort is fantastic. But what makes this place so special, is the staff. They are friendly, helpful, and make you feel like family. Highly recommend. The on sight nightly shows and lobby activities make it fun. "

"The staff was incredible and the food was fantastic! The room was good - I found two things which weren't optimal: We had to call the front desk to have them disable the auto room power off feature(s); that system was annoying. We were watching TV and the whole room shut off because someone wasn't moving/walking around the room. Secondly, and most important, the water pressure in the shower was not very strong, at all. It would have been nice to have more water pressure than there was."
