Great location and staff, would recommend!

Absolutely amazing hotel and staff, definitely one of the very best hotels in the world

Very helpful staff in the hotel especially in the club lounge

A truly lovely 5-star hotel with great service, facilities and food.

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. Manju an Indian boy in the executive lounge at level five was great and so were everyone we came in contact with. We ate at Shimmers, the...

I absolutely love this hotel for its amenities, they dont lack in the fun department they are fantastic at everything

Great Hotel. High level of quality and service throughout. Unfortunately we went in August and it should have been made clear that several restaurants within the hotel and the beach would be closed. They did provide a shuttle service to another beach but as these two things were a strong draw for booking here it was disappointing in the extreme. Definitely recommend but don’t go in August.

This was my second time to Four Seasons, Dubai. Other than sprinkling rose petals to walk on, I am really not sure how this hotel could be improved. The building is immaculate, the staff are impeccable going above and beyond the call of duty to help at all times. Check in staff personally escort you to your room. Special thanks to the Suq Manager (Lawrence) who was such a lovely guy with fantastic hospitality. The chefs willingly take individual requests at breakfast without hesitation. The spa...

The staff member Yousri was awesome. His service was above and beyond and deserves a promotion, I would also like to add the pool area is the best on JBR

Just returned from a recent stay at this hotel. The location was fabulous right by Dubai Marina. Nothing was too much trouble and we were very well looked after by Lalit, Rafiq Jay and Harry. The apartment was a deluxe one bedroom apartment overlooking the marina from the 29th floor. The location was vibrant. I loved the noise of the city and the nearby mosque- not for everybody but I found it charming. The hotel is well located for the monorail and city bus- very easy to get around. The...

I stayed for 15 nights. Was in room 406. Masood was brilliant went over and above cleaned room every day. He waited till we went out for the day to clean. Greatly enjoyed the stay for 3 nights with this hotel. We bring 3 kids who are also satisfied with all the facilities including poor, 2 bed rooms and delicious restaurants. It was also notable to remember of the hospitality the staff shared with us.

Always clean and the staff are very accomodating. We have stayed here 3 times now, great location to stay at especially for how afordable it is.

My husband and I stayed at this beautiful hotel with our very young three children. We choose a two bedroom apartment for our stay. The apartment was very spacious, clean and tastefully decorated. The swimming pools that surround the hotel are stunning, warm and some of them have sand for children to play with. The staff was very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The staff at the kids club was superb. They made our children very happy with lots of educational activities, games, face painting,...

Stayed in the hotel with my wife and our 15 year old daughter. The hotel staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help. Don't be deceived by the location of the hotel. As you approach it seem isolated because it is a new hotel in the area of Dubai that is undergoing development. However, it is situated just outside the centre of Dubai but it is centrally located which is an advantage because you can easily get to most places quickly by taxi stationed in front of the hotel. Taxi fares...
