Booked the Apratment and stayed with kids. Great Hotel with facilities. Balcony with sea views. Kids enjoyed there stay. Staff were friendly and went beyond expectations to help kids with anything they required. Food was good would recommend families with kids to book this place. Great location with metro station right outside. Mall or Emirates 2 stops away and Burj/Dubai Mall 6 stops. Hotel has onsite store for small essentials and restraurants. Gift shop and Barbers. Also Starbucks!

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We were made welcome from the start of our break to the end. The staff were all extremely helpful and polite. The hotel lobby had the most beautiful fragrant smell, we would but it if it was for sale. We were upgraded to a sea/palm view which was great. The only downside was the building work going on opposite the hotel entrance but I guess you have to expect this in Dubai. We would definately recommend it and we would stay there again.
