There is definitely room for improvement. I would not name this hotel 5*. Pros: great pool, nice view from the 64th floor. Delicious breakfast. Noteworthy staff: NIJESH and SIPIP: these two guys work with all their hearts, they were helpful, nice and quick to get the job done. I admired their dedication to work.
Cons: Valentines day I got roses from my husband. In the reception desk I asked for the vase for my flours. The recption desk worker (men- I do not remember the name, 2023.02.14 day around 9pm) didn't put any effort to solve my issue. He just said that they do not have any vase. I asked for the ice bucket without ice like an alternative, but he was speaking about ice and I about bucket. Any other solution was not suggested. This simple situation do not remember 5* hotel service.
Other situation happend in the roof top bar, was 6pm. We were dressed ( not with the swimming suits). Ordered two glasses of prosecco. When the waiter brouht the bubbles it was in the plastic glasses. I askes to change to the galss made of glass, but he just said that he can't. I explained that I am not going to swim, I just want to enyoj the sunset, next to the table with glass of prosecco in the normal clean glasses form the glass, but again he repeated that he do not have normal glasses. Again does not remind me 5* hotel.
Not enough sunbeds next to the swimming pool.
The smell in the room was bad (room 2105), I guess it comes from the air conditioning.
