With just a 45 minute drive from Dubai we only went for a day and a night but the experience was fabulous! It's a beautifully quiet resort with a feeling of peace and tranquility. The staff could not do enough for us. Watching the sunset from the rooftop terrace was truly magical with the added bonus of the full moon rise in the opposite direction. I could go on but you should definitely make this one of your bucket list things to do. I would recommend at least 3 days as there is plenty on offer...

A family of four. Two teenagers in their own room. We booked two executive ocean rooms in the Al Qars . The upgrade was excellent value as your picked up at the airport, you can eat and drink in the executive or premium lounge and you have your own concierge. The staff all call you by your name and they genuinely make an effort to be personal and authentic. This was our 7th trip to Dubai and have always stayed in top end hotels. We believe this is the best so far. We simply could not fault the level of service , cleanliness and facilities the hotel offers. We had private transfer included to and from the airport which is always a nice feature particularly in a spacious BMW. Fabulous 💕

Only one night after a long flight from Australia. It was comfortable and a great buffet breakfast. Pool was perfect for a morning swim before checking out. Room was great for a family of four with the sofa bed.

Picked Raffles based on its reputation, reviews and price, we were not disappointed. The hotel is fantastic,architecture is impressive, very clean and has excellent facilities. The most amazing part of the hotel though is its staff. They made our stay very relaxed, almost like home.

The hotel has amazing staff, excellent amenities and the rooms are fantastic! I would highly recommend paying extra for club level where you get breakfast, afternoon tea, and complimentary drinks all included in the price. The only downside is the hotel is far away from the beach but taxis are cheap and easy to get. The mall next to the hotel is excellent too with an amazing light show performed every half hour at night time (we never saw the same show twice and we watched it 3 times).

Bhavika was so helpful and really looked after us during our stay. Salam from concierge also stood out as he was really helpful and drove us to the airport. Hotel was really clean, room service was always quick and on point. All staff members always greeted us whenever they saw us walking down the corridors. The whole hotel was decorated and made it look really festive. We would highly recommend this hotel to all family and friends.

I just want to say this isn’t far the best hotel I’ve stayed in Dubai. Our flight landed early morning and we got to hotel at 9:30am only to be told we couldn’t check in till 3pm (thanks for not telling us Expedia when I bought my tickets). I have just returned from 5 nights at the Jumeirah Dal Al Masyaf, Dubai I wanted somewhere special for my husbands 40th Birthday so turned to Trip Advisor for help. It was rated number 1 so booked for that reason. The number one spot is well deserved. We were treated like royalty from the minute we arrived. For me this hotel was ideal will go there again. You can reach most places by taxi in 10/15 minutes, taxis are cheap. No subway station within walking distance. Emirates station is nearest station 3minutes in taxi.
