Loved the hotel - great location for a conference and right next to a big shopping mall with some great restaurants. Room was spotless as was the whole hotel and bed was super comfortable. Staff were great and top level service and a great Belgian bar for food and a few beers.

I had to book this hotel as a last minute option due to a family member being taken ill, my main request was to have a room that is quiet and away from any noise as I had spent most nights prior in hospital and hadn’t slept at all for almost a week. I really enjoyed my stay at Crowne Plaza Festival City. The location is great—right next to the mall and close to the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had a nice view. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was tasty with lots of options. The pool area was also very relaxing. I would definitely stay here again.
