This hotel has a bed bug problem and you will be stuck between a rock and a hard place because you cannot get any kind of refund unless you leave the hotel, so for travelers who may not have much spare cash to get another space elsewhere will be forced to stay and probably infect the new room you change into with more bed bugs. While we may not have minded the homeless people and the incredibly loud surrounding area I know that's an issue for a lot of other travelers so take that into account.
