A spacious large condo set within the AKA hotel in the financial district of Miami,it is well situated for public transport and has numerous restaurants within walking distance. The condo is well appointed but a number of light fittings are not working and the broken kettle mentioned in a post in November 2025 is still inoperable. Although not specifically mentioned, the pictures show a balcony which is correct but it is an internal one overlooking the hotel dining room. Communication with the...

It was my first time in Miami, and what a gem of a hotel I found, the second you walked through the door. You could tell this place was class , we were welcomed in by the doorman , and took us to reception where we were greeted with a glass of wine, the staff were amazing when I asked if I could have some towels for the beach , they said if we go to the beach, look for the blue and white beach umbrellas, you’ll be giving 2 sunbeds and towels, having spent the afternoon on the beach we went out...

We were collected by the hotel shuttle, which we could track by an app. So knew how long we had to wait. We had a 1 bed suite for 1 night which was a great space for 3 adults a king bed and a queen sofa bed in the living room area. The room was comfortable and clean with alot of room. And even though it was on the main airport ring road and we were ar the end of the corridor closest to the road we were not disturbed at all. We did not use the pool, the lobby and food are is nicely laid out we...

Great stay, awesome rooftop for sun and although we didn't use the pool downstairs it looked nice enough. Happy hour between 5-6pm for guests with free spirits and mixer.
Only thing I would say is to avoid rooms 213/214/215 as they are right above the 24/7 bar (which was a great bar) as the music and bass was very loud in our room.
That wouldn't put me off staying here though at all.

Decent olde world hotel which has quite a bit of charm going on. Everything was fine, nice big room and aircon worked well. It's in the middle of Coral Gables and there's few breakfast options down the road.
The free trolley stops very near and there's no need to come by car.
I recommend the vending machine situation on the 2nd floor is moved downstairs. It's noisy and I'm not sure a huge number use it. I'd prefer also the traditional way of taking deposits IE they are held in a pending state...
