"Everything was great until these “spring break idiots” were trying to act tough with other same age people running up & down stairs hitting doors yelling violently threatening each other to come out & fight. Called front desk TWICE to send security before someone got hurt but NEVER saw security show up AT ALL. This place would’ve gotten an 9.5 out of 10 if it wasn’t for that incident. Really ruined my mood & killed the great vibes we had. "

"Title: An Unforgettable 5-Star Experience for Our Group of Friends I recently visited Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos with four of my best friends (all in our 60s), and it was truly one of the most comfortable and happy vacations we’ve ever had. From the moment we stepped into the lobby, the staff treated us like royalty. We want to give a special shout-out to the incredible team members who made our stay so special: • Armando (Zumba & Aqua Zumba), Lizet (Pilates), and Moy (Yoga) were all so passionate and professional. They tailored the sessions perfectly for seniors, making every class fun and engaging. • Our Art Class instructors (whose names we didn't catch, but they were amazing!) brought so much creativity and joy to our trip. • Ingrit from the events team was also fantastic and made everything so organized and fun. • Manager David at the front hall was incredibly kind and helpful, guiding us throughout our entire stay. The dining was another highlight—French, Teppanyaki, Mexican, and the BBQ grill were all excellent. We highly recommend Hyatt Ziva Los Cabos for everyone, from young children to seniors. We felt like truly valued guests thanks to this wonderful, dedicated team!"

"We were welcomed at the property beautifully. There were drinks available, the check in was smooth and although our ocean view room had 2 giant palm trees blocking the view of the ocean (a little sneaky)— the room was spotless and clean. Now, before I came I did write to them to ask for their help setting up some special things for my sisters birthday. I wrote twice and received no response. Here is what was great: 1) one of the concierges (I wished I remembered her name- maybeMaya? ) was Amazing!! She set us up with a great whale watching tour, made a couple of calls for me, was super professional and delightful… 2) they had a nice bar pool 3) housekeeping staff are amazing. Our room was always cleaned flawlessly and they were super polite and kind. Here is what wasn’t: 1) I asked the concierge to help me find a hairdresser to get my hair done. I asked him for prices and he gave me a range. I was very clear that I My sister and I went to the hairdresser to get our hair one. They did a fine job but the bill came and it was $800. The owner sneaked off and left her receptionist to manage telling us the news. Now shame on me- I should have confirmed pricing when I went in. But when I knew the top of the range- it was inside my budget (it was going to be at the most 250 each) —- when I went to complain at the concierge- he was totally useless. Didn't do anything to help, didnt offer anything to make up for it- and the manager never called me as I requested. . "
