6/10 Okay

"Our room was very humid to the point where my comforter was damp to the touch. The shower did not drain well and if you took a shower for longer than 5 min the bathroom flooded. Overall not impressed with our room. However the rooftop, bar, restaurant, lobby, sitting areas were all great!"

Sheraton New York Times Square Hotel

"Excellent location with close proximity to major subway lines and attractions. Easy walk to Central Park, Times Square, Hell's Kitchen, Rockefeller Center. Staff was very helpful. The room we stayed in was in major need of updating and general sprucing up. Smaller than rooms I've stayed in at Hilton Midtown but much bigger than others in the area. It is a conference hotel, so the lobby is BUSY much of the time. With that said, the room felt clean, the beds were comfortable, and the hotel was quiet enough to sleep well at night."

Pod Times Square

8/10 Good

"Liked how it was only the space we need and it was clean and the Housekeeping did a great job. Didn’t like how the side lamps didn’t work, and the tv didn’t work. Also there was a false alarm fire alarm at 5am and that woke everyone up. They handled it well but didn’t give much clarity on what happened or what we were supposed to do."

Paramount Times Square – A Generator Hotel

10/10 Excellent

"This hotel was perfect for what me and my friends wanted to do it was right in time square we didn’t have to take any uber or Lyft all the restaurants are right around the corner and when you walk out of the hotel its a pizza place right there the only thing I didn’t like was you couldn’t really charge your phone up cause the sockets wasn’t working properly so we had to go down stairs in the lobby of the hotel to charge our phones up but I will stay here again when im in New York location is perfect"

Margaritaville Resort Times Square

8/10 Good

"The room was small as expected. They could have added a few more shelves & inserts on the wall to help compensate. The room was clean, we had to ask for everything we needed. They do not come to your room everyday for towels, garbage, etc. The staff was helpful when we needed something. This location does not have the concierge desk that helps with navigation and tickets like at other locations. We did not eat at any of their restaurants but have at others and they are good. The location is great for subway, restaurants, and shopping."

"The nicest part of this hotel was the lobby and location other wise mid. The elevators were limited and slow. The AC in our room was outdated and did not cool. We got in late and the next morning a housekeeper knocked on our door at 9am and when we told her we did not need her services she insisted on us opening the door to give us towels. We had enough towels. We put the do not disturb door plaque and did not use housekeeping services for the rest of our stay. The sheet and the shower curtain had weird stains. I think there are nicer places to stay in this area for similar price. Would not stay here again or recommend."
