"Room was clean but dated. a/c was terrible during the day at night it cooled down. Outside of the resort was not maintained. Roadway around the complex had lots of potholes. The young woman that checked us in was great. "

"The floors in our unit 2255 were dirty. The bottoms of our feet and socks were black. There was a kids tooth on floor under dining room table. Bath in master was dirty had hair and dirt in it. We had to clean it before using. We had to wash pan and dishes before using as they were greasy. 2 of 3 beds were hard like laying on the floor. We have stayed at star island many times, however we will be looking else where from now on. "
