We are a family with under 3 toddler. The hotel was super for everything, clean, friendly staff, very helpful and polite. Even in the event of coronavirus, the hotel made perfect arrangements to ensure safety of guests. The hotel is ideally located immediately next to Marina mall and many restaurants, plus the wonderful marina walk. Highly recommended and excellent value.

I stayed at property for 6 Days with my family. It was really a good experience with Zabeel House By Jumeirah. Staff is very polite and helpful. They took care of all my needs during the stay. Breakfast was good with lots of options. It's located near Dubai Internet city metro station , Dubai RTA bus stand is just opposite to the hotel. There is a supermarket at the corner. I enjoyed all the facilities like swimming pool , Gym . Room service is fast.

The only slight downfall was waiting to get access to our room when we arrived , it would have been good if we were allocated another room whilst waiting as we had to wait along time. Otherwise me and my husband really loved our stay and would definitely visit again.
