"The hotel was in a good location and clean. I did however feel a little pressure when checking in to upgrade the room for a better view, balcony etc and also to have breakfast. The checking inn process did take longer than expected. "

"This was my second solo trip abroad and where to start...The staff were absolutely amazing so friendly and helped with my organising my sightseeing. "The bedding was not cleaned. Where my skin touched the pillow area, I developed hives. I have to add a T shirt on top of the pillow to reduce the allergy reaction. The amenities was not changed. The room was very hot. Not sure there were any settings to make it cooler. "

"Very clean and stylish bedroom. Some noise late at night but nothing to stop sleep and was definitely quiet after midnight. Really comfortable bed and slept through till breakfast which is unusual for us! Lovely staff who were so helpful with any questions we had. Location was great, loved walking through all the walkways. Lots of little cafes, restaurants and stores. Would most definitely stay again. "
