Passive staff: the guys hate their job and it is evident; they seldom make eye contact and they are not very disposed to help. The second shift guy was downright rude when I asked plain questions: for example they have a sign for tagging the food in the kitchen, and when I asked him where the tags are he said "we never had that system...
