"If you dont mind the STAFF (not the guests) blasting music until midnight everyday to which the manager stated "If we don't play music, our customers will" Does that sounds like good management? Barcelona is supposed to be the party city of Europe. I think people could go to any of the many clubs in Barcelona that are open from 10pm to 4am to listen to loud music. They refunded one day which was ok considering I paid for 4 nights. All I ask was that they put their "music" policy on their web...
