"Firstly, the check-in instructions clearly stated that we would find the physical keys inside the apartment after accessing it using virtual keys, which required an internet connection. However, upon arrival, we did not find any physical keys inside the apartment. The property manager later confirmed that only virtual keys would be used for the entire stay. This was quite challenging for us, as not all of us had local data plans to access the internet.
