"The room was clean, and the staff were consistently helpful and responsive. Any issues we encountered were addressed promptly; for example, when our room wasn't ready, the staff quickly arranged a replacement room and free drinks. The hotel restaurant staff were also very pleasant and attentive. The location is excellent, with Rambla Street and many of Barcelona’s key tourist attractions—such as the Sagrada Familia and the Gothic Quarter—within a comfortable 20–25 minute walk."

The guy who checked me in gave me options for which room I got (higher or lower, with a view or quieter away from traffic), and offered and wrote me out a list of restaurant recommendations, and each time I arrived or departed, the staff on the desk would acknowledge me walking past. Room was clean and everything worked. Bathroom clean. And a couple of chocolates, too!!"
