"The room itself was perfect for a short stay. It was slightly dated and could do with an update. A few small maintenance issues that didn’t bother us but might bother some (e.g lights not working/ wobbly toilet seat). For the price we paid we thought it was fair and we really enjoyed our trip out to Montecatini Alto. The pool, building and views were incredible. As a couple it was a bit noisy for us and is more geared towards families. Overall a solid place to stay. "

"This was our second stay at this hotel and like the first time, it did not disappoint. It is an older hotel but it is kept up pretty well. Breakfast was terrific, as was the staff. The location is great - convenient to the center of town, as well as shopping and restaurants. We come to Montecatini once or twice a year so I hope we can stay here again."

"This is a very old-school hotel that has almost certainly seen better days, but maintains a sort of old world grandeur that I quite liked. The rooms are huge and the service is good, but I'm not sure that it really merits "5 stars" if you compare to other hotels of that description. It is worth noting that most of the grand hotels in Montecatini Terme seem to be in similar condition."
