The standard was amazing however they have spoilt us for our trip as now they have set the standard so high, no other hotel can match it and we keep getting disappointed. I wish they had a hotel like this in every city we are staying in Thailand, nothing was too much trouble for them and the staff make the hotel atmosphere

Great hotel

Really pleased with all aspects of our stay the only problem really was that from 5 pm to midnight on every evening of our stay in mid January the adjacent temple spoilt our peace with outrageous over amplified chanting that the hotel could not control. We were told that this is only a problem at this time of the year.

Fantastic resort. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa and could not fault the accommodation. The breakfast and location was outstanding. Overall extremely impressive.

I Loved the 3 Fluffy Pillows & Bed sheets & covers! Very good deep, REM sleep accessories! Keep them on each Bed. Zzzzzzzzz

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Great modern hotel. A bit of an oasis of calm in busy Phuket. Excellent sports facilities, great Muay Thai trainers in particular. Spacious rooms. Great breakfast.

The hotel is very nice and clean, and well located in Patpong. Breakfast is varied fresh and delicious, all employees are very nice welcoming and helpful!! Every request is immediately responded. The pool on the roof is very nice and cool. We also had dinner at the restaurant. There’s also a bar restaurant with live music which is really nice!!

Good location, free shuttle to Patong twice a day, reasonable price.

This is a quiet, peaceful haven. Ideally suited for easy access yo Kata night market and shopping areas. The staff are very polite and helpful, our roomnwas immaculately presented and serviced and we were met warmly on arrival. We would happily stay again.

Great Staff

Hotel lovely, clean and great little bar with a pool. Bed slightly hard but coming to realise this is normal in Thailand. Food lovely, location good. Ideal for short stay. Would stay again

Staff are excellent friendly and so helpful. Rooms clean and comfortable and breakfasts cater for all European and Asian and delicious. Plenty to do at the hotel too

Recently returned after spending 9 nights in this hotel. Very great and friendly staff also the conditions are amazing. Free shuttle to market and Phuket town arranged by the hotel also to different beach. Great private beach whatever you need to make the most of it till 3 pm around, no water then till like 7pm. Plenty restaurants and different places to eat just down the road, 5-10 minutes walk. The only down side is the food prices within hotel, European prices more like here in London....

All things are close by, all coffee shops and shopping centers, everything was excellent, but the breakfast needs to be improved. It would be better to keep it for all nationalities.
