Enjoy a getaway for two at these romantic properties
We stayed at the Royal pool villa and it was spectacular. Breakfast was really good !
The views from the hotel and the infinity pool are breathtaking! The breakfast is fresh and but not a lot of variety. Staff is excellent and want to make you extremely happy at all times! The Malika Restaurant has some of the best food and Tanny the waiter was amazing! The only complaint I have is ...
Incredible experience, world class location with an outstanding service. Highly recommended!!!
Everything was amazing from the staff to the grounds! Beautiful well taken care of resort with truly caring people who work there. I got sick for a few days while in thailand and the staff checked on me often, sent a nurse to my room and even sent up flowers and offered complimentary food. Couldn’t ...
magical place from start to finish - everything immaculate, service and staff faultless. Highly recommended.
This is far away from the maddening crowd of Paying away on the hills. Best of all it's adults only so it's great for a quiet getaway. The staff are super friendly, the massage packages are great and actually their small restaurant has great food, albeit with a limited menu. I wish they can expand ...
The Naka Phuket is the Best hotel ever! From my experienced. The private pool is large size.
Quality rooms - check system is poor - In the heat process takes too long
Great atmosphere, amazing staff, the villa was excellent and we had a wonderful Christmas Eve party, Highly recommend this hotel.
With the name of Pearl of the Andaman, Phuket is a paradise-like destination for a romantic getaway. Sun-kissed beaches, the aquamarine waters of the Andaman Sea and a background of emerald-green forests epitomises heaven.
Hotels and resorts in the less busy regions of the island are better suited to privacy, moonlight strolls along beaches or meals on the beach with just candles and the stars to provide illumination. Resorts with onsite spas often have treatments rooms designed for twin-occupancy while a huge number of establishments with bungalows or chalets have their own plunge-pools and sun patios.
At the last count, there were more than 400 hotels on Phuket which provide the right amount of seclusion for loved up couples. Most are on the west coast, and although there are plenty of choices in the Patong-Karon area, options are more varied farther up the coast.
Thavorn Beach Village is midway up the coast, in a heavenly spot above Nakalay Bay, and provides a private location close enough to Patong to enjoy the best of both worlds. Heading up the coast, Kamala Beach is home to Cape Sienna. Key draws of the Sienna are wonderful sunset vistas from the Vanilla Sky Bar, good water-sports opportunities and the proximity of Kamala and Phuket Fantasea.
The perennially popular Banyan Tree Spa Sanctuary in the Laguna holiday complex sits beside Bang Tao Beach. Its villas are spaced out for isolation and beautifully decorated with rich fabrics and polished wood. Private pools plus access to an eight-hole golf course, spas and a fabulous range of eateries are its main draws.
The Pavilions occupies a country location and offers five-star opulence just a short drive from Layan Beach. It has two in-house restaurants, but villas are fitted with kitchenettes for those who want to surprise their other halves with a home-cooked meal.
Phuket’s romantic hotels collection offers accommodation with full amenities which typically includes cable televisions, Wi-fi, media players and deep-soak bathtubs. Paying a bit more will get you private pools, yet these are still a bargain when compared to similar accommodation in parts of Malaysia or the Mediterranean. Staff at romantic hotels will also be more amenable to arranging anniversary meals or other custom designed activities to make special occasions truly memorable.
