Cleanness of room and there was nothing used to prevent mosquitos from entering room. Bed bugs and large mosquitos.

When we arrived, the person at check in was probably in a bad mood and made us feel uncomfortable. The room did now look like in pictures and there was hair on the floor and in the shower. Shower was old, leaking water from the shower part on top, definitely not a 5* standard. Unable to take bath as water was brown. Service at restaurants is very bad, we spent 20 min with dirty plates without them being cleared, not to mention the food was not tasty at all. We tried 2 out of 3 restaurants. Some staff were very nice, apart from person that did our checkin. He even told us that a tour we had booked for 5 days in advance can’t be cancelled and we will for sure need to pay penalty. Of course this was not the case and one other colleague helped me cancel immediately next morning. On arrival, we booked a taxi through hotel (1800 thb), more that it should have normally been. However, on our way back this was 1000 thb (still booked through the hotel), not sure how or why. Overall, we loved thailand and our stay was nice apart from what I mentioned above. We paid 200USD deposit, which we never received back at check out. Waiting on a reply from the hotel on this and also on our deposit back asap.

This is a true RESORT. A person would come and stay here to take advantage of everything the resort has to offer. It is very far away from everything else in Phuket. So they make sure that everything you would need can be found at the resort. They have some of the NICEST staff I have ever met. Shoutout to Joy at the front desk.

It is built on naturally beautiful hill by a small beach. We had a good view on two bays from the balcony. Room was spacious. A big swing pool over look the ocean. All restaurants have good views. One thing worth of mentioning, when it is low tide the beach is shallow. Coming back from the beach is a bit uphill walking. Staffs were very friendly and willing to help. Especially I like to mention Audi who worked hard to solve our problems. Aor was always there to help us. We enjoyed very much of our week-long staying.
