From the check in process, the staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was amazing, clean, the ocean views stunning and fully restored daily. The restaurant had a great variety of food selections, all delicious. The amenities were great and all surrounding areas clean and neat. My family and I had a great time at My Beach Resort and hope to come back soon!

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The entire resort is very modern, clean and kept to high standards. Check in, stay and check out were very easy and pleasant. The views are amazing, the rooms very comfortable and clean. Would definitely recommend this resort to all my friends and family, expect me to return soon!

The Welcoming and professional staff give a truly 5 star service, and the room we were allocated was perfect for us. We love the Food here, they must have a very good chef. The beach facilities and pool are so relaxing. It is not a huge resort, but we prefer the smaller more boutique hotels. We have plans to return in 4 weeks for 4 more nights on our trip. We did not meet the Management Team but you can tell they really know how to run a Hotel.

Good hotel, food poisoning at the restaurant
Overall the service was excellent and the hotel was lovely and relaxing. You have direct access onto a beautiful and very quiet beach, but still very close to Phuket centre. The spa was fantastic. The breakfast was very good and restaurant food also very nice, but I did get food positioning from a fish curry a day or two into the stay so that put a bit of a downer on the trip, and I was nervous eating at the hotel after that. My partner also wasn’t allowed to bring food out of the breakfast buffet so I had to come down into the restaurant while still sick just to eat a bit of dry toast. We extended the trip to recover and had to move rooms, the second was in a poorer state that the first but it was still comfortable. Would probably stay again.
