I had an exceptional stay at this hotel. The atmosphere was welcoming, the accommodations were comfortable, and the food options were truly a highlight. Everything was well-prepared with great variety, making the overall experience both relaxing and enjoyable. STAFF WAS AMAZING!

The hotel is ok. It’s clean, the breakfast was good and nothing went wrong. Definitely did not meet my expectations tho. Not what you’d expect from a 5 star. Our room was very small and poorly designed.
It’s like a Mexico resort. A little tacky and fine but nothing memorableS

Not great, not bad, kind of just mediocre. Rooms were not well insulated so hard to regulate the temperature and could hear guests in the rooms on all sides just talking conversationally. Used amenities such as coffee/cream/toiletries not replaced when the room was serviced but the rooms were clean and the staff pleasant.
