A great hotel just a short walk from Phuket old town’s centre - ideal for exploring but nice to be a short distance away so it didn’t get too noisy at night. The staff were really helpful and friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. We enjoyed the rooftop bar which had some great views. Breakfast was amazing too.

The people that work at the Chanalai Garden Resort are what makes this place the fabulous place that it it. The location is also excellent just across the road from the beautiful beach. The breakfasts are wonderful and so much choice. We would definitely return in a heartbeat, so sad to leave.

The apartment was beautiful - very new and modern, exactly like the pictures on the website. Fabulous spacious accommodation. Bed comfortable terrace and patio really spacious and comfortable with good quality furniture. Only downside the accommodation is about half a mile up a steep hill and nothing around you so getting provisions and going to the local restaurants/ nightlife is rather challenging- need a taxi to get anywhere - so if you want isolation then this is perfect! Would I go again...

We booked this hotel to spend time relaxing after a hectic 2 weeks travelling in Vietnam and Cambodia. The hotel did not fail to impress us and ensured we had an amazing 5 days here. The staff throughout the hotel were welcoming, friendly and always keen to help. We chose a swim-up room which allowed us to swim from our room straight to the pool bar! Very efficient car pick up from and to airport, comfortable cars and friendly drivers. Warm welcome from friendly and again efficient staff at hotel reception. Escorted to our villa through, pretty, lush gardens past the lovely pool area. The villa was secure, with unusual shabby chic, thai decor which we found attractive but the villas were in the process of being redecorated one by one. This visit was for 2 weeks out of a 4 week stay on Phuket Island. Despite having a motorbike (own transport essential) on many days I just stayed on site and enjoyed the ambience and the food. Children loved the swimming pool. Everyone should stay here if there is availability. Enhlish is the main language.
