Lacking atmosphere,breakfast was average hard to get setting near pool and our pool outside our pool access room was green at the bottom so we did not swim in there at all would not stay there again

Breakfast was decent. Roof pool is probably the feature in this place and the food at the pool was great, but a few of us spent the next day vomiting and unwell after eating at the restaurant down stairs didn’t eat there again.Good location across the road from the beach and close to the main strip of Phuket and around a 10-15min walk to Bangla road. But customer service needs attention also hard to communicate on occasions. Change wifi passwords without notifying is annoying.

Good resort, clean rooms, if you need anything call reception and they will bring you anything in a moment. We loved the pool on the roof. Breakfast had a good variety of food.

The hotel and staff were great . The pool and pool bar was good . There were 3 massive air-conditioning unit's outside my room . Which were very noisy on times . Over all I enjoyed my stay at the charm resort .
