"Good hotel and a nice clean room. The bathroom however is very small with a shower cubicle only suitable for a child. The air condition was already set to heating only despite being in early October and the room was boiling. TV needs binoculars to be able to watch anything - no larger than a laptop! Staff were very helpful, quickly responding to all requests, and breakfast is satisfactory."

The hotel website advertised a pool and beach access, an important factor in our selection. In fact, while the hotel has a lovely garden and friendly staff, it does not have an actual pool – only a spa that can be booked for a fee. Guests who book through Expedia are furthermore excluded from access to the beach unless they pay extra because, we were told, that is only for the hotel’s...

"Wonderful boutique B&B. We came across it by chance looking for a place near to both Saturnia Spa and Lake Bolsena - both of which are must-do destinations in this part of Italy. The small walled town of Farnese is a real delight - narrow cobbled streets, friendly locals, and reasonable prices in the local bars. Our room was very clean and classy, and BXT great too. Highly recommended. "

"Great location, nice pool. Hotel room was small and comfortable but for the pillows but we managed with the bed cushions. We also had a little balcony which was excellent. Good breakfast and the coffee was very nice. The night watchman even went out of his way and made us coffee on our 5am departure. Only suggestion would be some tea bags, milk etc and a kettle in the room. "

"Our accomodation was glamping tend, which was 2 rooms,1 toilet , sitting corner and kitchen corner. Outside patio with table and chsirs and 2 sunbed. The camping is not too big but well mainteined and very closed to the lake river, infact most of the accomodation overlooking the lake. There is an outdoor swimming pool next to the restaurant area. A little playarea is as well next to the bar restaurant, a beach volley area and outdoor gym. The communal showers and toilet are very well manteined...
