It is a no-frills, economy hotel in a convenient lopcation, and as long as you are not looking for resort amenities (and price!), this place is very good. "I cannot say enough good things about Palau Central Hotel - the staff were exceptional, the food was great, rooms are well-equipped and clean. The location is near shops and dining... you get to experience island culture and life! I am sure one can opt for one of the "resort hotels", but that's would be missing a whole lot of the experience in Palau, IMO."

Cons: No WiFi, bathroom a bit old, some ants, slightly lumpy bed, initially no hot water, not walking distance to downtown, loud AC units. False advertising about free WiFi.
