"CLOSE TO CRUISE PORT: RAVENNA I don't think a lot of people realize how close this is to Ravenna ship port. We walked it. It didn't take long at all. The cabs in this area are ridiculus in price $30 to $80 to go to cruise port for a 5 to 15 minute drive. When you walk from this hotel it will cost you a $1 per peson to ride the ferry across and then embark on your cruise! The hotel isn't fancy. The buffet breakfast included was nice. "Sewerage smell in the bathroom was so bad you could not be in there. Worst is they knew about it. When I arrived late the room door was left open and so was the window. I went out not realising how bad it was. It was too late to move anyway. In the morning the owner lies about not knowing about it but mysteriously already knew the room number even though he wasn't working reception. The place is a dump. It's disappointing to find this sort of establishment can advertise on hotels.com"

"Great budget friendly hotel with plenty of character and brilliant location. We were given a lovely room on the second floor with vintage furniture. There was a fridge and tv in the room. The bathrooms were spotless and it was not a problem at all that they were shared. Staff were helpful and friendly. There was a coffee machine and kettle in a hallway area outside the room. A tray of croissants was left by there in the morning for guests to help them selves to. There was some traffic noises...

"Room large and comfortable, and well maintained. It was good to have a shower and a bath, although the bath water was not very warm in the evening, and the shower not very powerful. Breakfast basic but adequate. The position of the hotel could not have been better and the staff were very helpful. Overall this was excellent value for money."

"Myself and a friend stayed at Alle Torri for a 4 day visit to the city. Upon arrival we were greeted warmly (office is on the top floor!) and shown to our room which was absolutely immaculate. Having stayed in a variety of hotels and B&B’s I can say this is the cleanest! Our room was cleaned every day and beds made which you don’t necessarily expect from a B&B….a bed and breakfast with hotel service! We sat out on the balcony each evening and first thing each morning watching the world go by....
