"Rooms ok. Resort was good. Access to Atlantis made it great. But the carpets smelled a little."

"The hotel was excellent and the customer service was excellent The breakfast on the premises had a great selection and the items was freshly done. The pool is only acceptable by a room key. The hotel is surrounded by some nice restaurants and the area is surrounded by police and armed guards. The taxi are always upfront by the resort and would drop you at some locations and also wait for you. One taxi driver drove us to the mall and waited for us too. I would definitely recommend the Renaissance hotel to my friends and family."

"A beautiful property and location with a lot of options and a lot of things to do. Beautiful swimming pool, beautiful beaches and wonderful dining options. On the downside, the dining options are too expensive for a family of four and the taking process was not very detailed because this was our first time visiting this place and they didn’t give us any information so we wasted a lot of our vacation time trying to figure things out and see which swimming pool for example, were best for us or how to navigate around the area and find restaurants and places to visit. I would appreciate a more welcoming, taking process and in general I would appreciate a more happy and kind stuff."

"The staff was friendly. The drinks was very, very good. The food was way backward and too overpriced. Some of the food was good. I'm not really dining. The breakfast prices was way too expensive. But overall, very accommodating."
