"This hotel is a completely surreal world. My partner and I loved exploring all the rooms and appreciating the decorations and architecture of the house. Staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the live jazz music at night made this one of the best experiences I’ve had while traveling."

"The staff was so nice and the area is so great that I desperately want to rate this property higher. But the bed is uncomfortable as the mattress springs can be readily felt, and the place, though uber charming, is in disrepair and needs a complete overhaul. It can be GLORIOUS, because it is such a wonderful place. You can see shades of its former glory. I hope they will invest in refurbishing the property."
