"Majestic Elegance was amazing. We went 3 years ago and some of the restaurants were close and the club but this year everything was open and operational. I love all the restaurants especially the Japanese and the buffet for lunch. The buffet has a lot of variety of food for breakfast and lunch. We loved the beach, always kept clean. The pool and swim-up bar was amazing. Huge thanks to the bartenders at the swim up bar - Layner and Juan Daniel always so nice and attentive. Also, the servers:...

"We loved our stay despite other bad reviews about the construction going on, on property. We went with all inclusive and the food, staff, views and pool/beach were all amazing. Cave swimming was a great surprise and the spa was unique. Updated hotel room with balcony and new and beautiful restaurant opened a few days before we arrived. We will definitely return "

"Overall good hotel . A little dated needs a lick of paint and a minor renovations but the staff are great . Can’t do enough for you . Food/drink selection excellent. Clean and everyone friendly. This is a 3-4 star accommodation with 4-5 star food and service. Beach area lovely "

"Property was well maintained. Only issue was shower drain was slow and let the shower overflow enough to run into the bathroom. Restaurants were very good all the waitstaff were excellent."
