"I do not recommend this hotel. Poor customer service. Did not inform of a power outage, or lack of services like a hot shower following a long flight. I paid full price for a dark unfamiliar room, no hot water for a shower after a long flight. The hallway carpet is ripped and bubbling up making it difficult to pull luggage especially in the dark. Slow staff at check in and check out added to our frustration."

"Breakfast and Dinner selections and quality of food were top notch. I had a great room, quiet and great view. Staff were all very friendly even those that were clearly busy. I love using pools/hot/tubs/saunas and they were excellent. Really no complaints."
