"Excellent location to explore the bustling Sydney CBD with tonnes of shopping and attractions at your doorstep. Major problem if you are driving, be prepared to pay an arm and a leg for parking. Public transport options are fantastic. Staff are polite but lack attentiveness and mostly cold. None stood out in particular for me. The pool had no one to facilitate towel changing and locker key distribution. Spa is non-existent / non-functional."
