Pam was very helpful at check in , explaining everything about the hotel and assisting with dinner reservations. Delightful staff attitude reflected at the well organised breakfast room with a good selection of freshly made items combined with a buffet cooked to order by friendly staff. The 6.00 happy hour with free wine is another bonus and an opportunity for guests to mingle. The underground car park is convenient and has a lift for baggage.

The staff is fantastic! They are all friendly and really went out of their way to ensure that we enjoyed our stay. The property is well maintained and includes a lot of well thought out amenities. The breakfast is delicious and the drinks/canapés are worth planning your evening around. I highly recommend staying here when in Queenstown.

Great stay at the Queenstown Park Botique Hotel. Location could not get any better. Room was clean, comfy bed, nice shower. Breakfast options were excellent and staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would definitely recommend staying here when visiting in Queenstown.
