We booked a king size room with lake views, and upon check in were told we were being ‘upgraded’ to a premium room with two double beds 🙄 I requested the room I originally booked with a queen bed, and was then told their was ‘maintenance’ happening. The only other option was a room with a double bed and a single bed, so basically we had no choice but the room they gave us. No apology given, or discount, they just continued to act like this was an ‘upgrade’. Conditions were to be expected based on the price point. Older motel in need of renovations. Overall displeased with the experience and would not recommend to others.

The views from our room are perhaps the most beautiful and majestic in my stays in hotels around the USA and several other international destinations. Service was top notch and the staff was very friendly. Great stay.
