Lovely warm, clean rooms with comfortable beds and a great view. Good walking access to Queenstown Centre. The room had plenty of space and was equipped with a fridge. Our children loved the bath, which felt like a luxury. Only downside was our kids had to share a Queen bed - they would have preferred their own single bed each.

Conveniently close to town with complimentary parking was great. Room was very clean, spacious and promptly serviced. Nice view of the lake from the balcony. Male reception staff member gave up his parking space when car park was full on our late entry after dinner on Saturday night. Beds were comfortable. Overall the property could probably due with a bit of an upgrade but it did have all we needed for our 2 night stay.

The reception and bar area was really poor condition torn seating, broken tiles . Poor bar .the smells in the corridors are not pleasing and the carpet cleaner smells in the room are not good . The View is Amazing of the lake and mountains . The location is good walking into the centre of town . Did not use facilities at the hotel .
