This hotel only opened a few weeks ago but it was the best hotel we've been to in Hanoi. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. The staff were the FRIENDLIST people I have ever met. Always smiling, it was impossible not to be happy. So accommodating too. We had a very spacious room, which was really clean. The pool area was really nice, and the pool was so refreshing after exploring the city. Great location for walking to all the must see spots.

A great place to stay. Staff and owners are exceptional. Perfect location everything walkable but also a quiet street. Breakfast is good. Rooms are good, showers good. Not a bad thing to say about the place. Highly recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay at the Caravan Hotel. I was on 11th floor and had a great view. Room very clean. All the staff were fantastic and couldn’t do enough for me. All of them very kind and happy to help.

Really lovely hotel, incredibly helpful staff, particularly the front desk. I am an older traveller and here on my own, the hotel feels safe, knowledgable and secure. Breakfast is amazing rooms clean and beautifully comfortable. Delighted with the stay so far.

Lovely hotel, very clean and comfortable, staff are so welcoming and can't do enough for you. Never experienced that level of service in any hotel I've stayed in. Staff were just amazing from reception, to cleaner, the bell boys were also amazing, my only slight criticism would be at breakfast, you have to order your eggs, that really should have been conveyed in advance so you don't fill your plate with food, then realise you have to wait 10 mins for your eggs. I chose this hotel for my birthday treat , and it was perfect! The spa was incredibly relaxing, and the rooms were spacious and comfortable with beautiful views. The staff at the front desk and the manager went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable. They also put a little welcome and birthday cake in my room. Really appreciate it. Will definitely stay again.

Located just far enough out of Colombo to be quiet, yet can easily walk to Galle Face Green if you wish. The hotel is clean and staff are great. Plenty food and beverage options at reasonable prices or try Galle Road for street food. Take the free shuttle to the beach lounge for a swim in the sea or just relax on the sea front. The roof pool is busier than the beach lounge but still always room available. High Tea was very good and the Tides buffet was super.
