"The staff is very nice. Quick check-in and check out process. This location is right next to Mayo Clinic and it’s perfect when you have appointments there everyday after a major procedure which my dad had. The room is cozy and has a kitchen. Smart TV. Shower water gets nice and hot. Breakfast has good options and loved the hard boiled eggs. Cons: 1. ac makes the room humid somehow. 2. The room smelled really bad and a technician visited twice however the smell remained. He said it’s the food processor In the sink. 3. The drinks sold at lobby are more expensive than airport prices! Water & Diet Coke at $6! (I paid $4 at the phoenix airport) Lower the prices and you’d have a lot more sales. (This is not a luxury hotel by any means)"
